Blech!

Next on our list of things to get rid of were the 70's vintage curtains and nets. Down came the crappy plastic flexible curtain rods. Only to reveal another filthy horror beneath.

These are before and after pics of the pvc window frames in the front room. It just shows how intrusive smoking is.

Its not possible to get the gunk off the caulking so eventually we will have to carefully cut it out and recaulk.

Steel cable curtain rods and a nice light fabric. Voila no more 70's brown, and one more shovel of dung removed from the heap.
