All Hands on Deck

One of the things we wanted to do was to fix the narrow bit of paving between the shed and the fence. Its like a balancing act trying to walk along the narrow path with a 15cm drop on one side. I hit upon the idea of putting down some decking. That way we could hide all the crappy mortar and concrete as well as raise up the sunken bit of the garden.

As well as running along the side of the shed we've put a small section along the front. This will be perfect for evenings as it gets the last of the sun. Just big enough for a bistro set.

Along side the shed

Showing the nice wide pathway. Its level too! As a bonus I rehung the gate from the shed instead of the fence post. That's made it a lot more stable.
