Finally
The pad is done. Finally. Exactly 100 bags of Hanson Instant concrete and the job is complete. Almost. Looks a bit rough at the moment but only because it has to be swept once its totally dry. Its a bit of a patchwork but then again it was an on and off process over three weekends and several inches of rain. After its all dry and set properly a thin layer of self levelling compound will be applied to act as a bit of a cushion for the shed itself. The shed is now rescheduled for the week of the 17th so its back to finishing off the office space. Just the flooring left and the skirting boards. I can finally see the light at the end of the tunnel. No, wait. The shed will need electricity, insulation, interior flooring........................

Congratulations !!!!
Looking good. A most interesting colour. Insulating should be fairly easy and probably the floor, but the electricity ?????
Since you don't really have winter you'll have outdoor work to balance the indoor jobs. Always something to do as one job usually leads to several others. Keep plugging away.
The strange colour is the concrete mix. It will fade to gray once its fully dry and cured. The electricity won't be too hard. Its just a simple matter of running an armoured cable from the house. The rest is all modular.
